Dear friends of Próspera,
I wanted to write to you directly with an update that goes beyond our usual because something noteworthy is happening here.
The numbers from 2025 are in.
2,262 e-residents and residents are now actively engaged with Próspera. 478 companies are registered. Entity formations grew 450% year-over-year last quarter. Tax revenue keeps accelerating. And all of this happened while we navigated real political headwinds in Honduras with the previous administration. If anything, this proved the thesis: build governance that people actually want, and they will come regardless.
I've been taking this story to new audiences. At the Miami Economic Forum, I made the case for governance innovation and what competitive jurisdictions mean for economic development (watch the panel). When Yaron Brook visited Próspera, we sat down for a conversation that went deep on capitalism, governance as a service, and why this represents something genuinely new (YouTube | Spotify).
Come and see it for yourself.
We have several events coming up that are worth planning a trip around. Roatán has direct flights from Miami, Houston, Atlanta, and Denver, and Próspera is 20 minutes from the airport:
- March 26-29, Liberty Acceleration Summit
-
April 9, TEDxRoatán — the first-ever TEDx on Roatán, hosted by and in Próspera. Speakers on marine conservation, youth leadership, community building, and more.
-
September 3–6 — Free Cities Conference: The annual gathering of the global free cities movement.
(Full events calendar on our website.)
One more thing.
We are currently in a private capital raise to fund Próspera's next phase of growth. This opportunity is available to accredited investors, and I'm mentioning it here because many of you have told me — at events, over email, in passing — that you'd like to be involved at a deeper level.
If that's you, this form is the best way to start that conversation. We'll follow up directly.
For liberty and prosperity,
Erick A. Brimen Founder & CEO of Próspera
